PokerWar is the “Waze for poker”: players report what's running and how long the list is, and everyone else sees it in real time. This prototype runs your whole MVP flow: live games, crowdsourced reports, map, sign-in, alerts and admin.
Sign in to report games, confirm others and get alerts.
We built a working React Native app with the same flows as the web demo above: sign-in, live games, a Waze-style report button, a map of rooms, alerts and admin. The video is an unedited recording of the APK on an Android emulator.

Each card maps to a line in your job post. Try it on the phone above. In the real build, each one becomes production code on your backend.
Stakes, game type, tables running and waitlist, with a freshness tag and trend arrows. Filter by game, sort by nearest, shortest wait or newest.
One-thumb report flow from the gold + button. Others tap “Still running” to confirm it, reports expire, and players earn points.
Glowing pins for the busiest rooms. Tap one to see what's running and report a game right there.
Email, Google or Apple. You can browse without an account; an account is needed only to post, which keeps spam out.
Add rooms, switch them on or off, clear listings, auto-expire stale reports and review recent activity.
Follow a game, like 2/5 PLO at Bellagio, and get pinged the moment someone reports it.
The real-time pipeline we'd build on Supabase. It's cheap to run at MVP scale and has no vendor lock-in.
“1/3 NLH, 4 tables, 12 on the list” from the app. Rate-limited, with an optional geofence check.
Stored in Postgres with a trust score. PostGIS powers “rooms near me”.
Supabase Realtime pushes the update to every open app instantly, with no refresh.
A database trigger finds matching followers and sends Expo push via APNs and FCM.
Four milestones, each one demoable. You own the code from day one, and 30 days of bug fixes follow launch.
